Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LandingCrush at landingcrush.com, operated by Taciturn Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using LandingCrush, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LandingCrush. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using LandingCrush on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may sign in to LandingCrush using Manus OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Creator Submissions

By submitting a homepage to LandingCrush, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to submit the homepage and all associated content.
  • The submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The homepage does not contain illegal content, malware, phishing, or deceptive material.
  • You grant Taciturn Studios LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted homepage screenshots and metadata on LandingCrush and affiliated properties for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or moderate any submission at our sole discretion. Approval of a submission does not constitute endorsement of the product or company.

4. Voting Rules and Conduct

Votes on LandingCrush are intended to represent genuine user opinions. You agree not to:

  • Manipulate votes through automated scripts, bots, or coordinated campaigns
  • Create multiple accounts to inflate or deflate vote counts
  • Offer or accept compensation in exchange for votes
  • Interfere with the integrity of leaderboard rankings

We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes and suspend accounts engaged in vote manipulation.

5. Comments and User Content

You are solely responsible for comments you post. You agree not to post content that is:

  • Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
  • Spam, advertising, or promotional material unrelated to the homepage being reviewed
  • Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Illegal under applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any comment and suspend any user who violates these guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Analysis

LandingCrush uses AI to generate design feedback on submitted homepages. This analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional design, marketing, or business advice. Taciturn Studios LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated analysis. You rely on such analysis at your own risk.

7. Embed Widget

Creators who use the LandingCrush embed widget agree to display it accurately and not modify the vote counts or badge data displayed. The widget may only be used on the homepage that was submitted to LandingCrush. We reserve the right to revoke embed access at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on LandingCrush that is not user-submitted — including the design, code, branding, logos, and written content — is owned by Taciturn Studios LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Advertising Disclosure

LandingCrush displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly labeled. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Ad revenue helps us operate the free tier of the service.

10. Disclaimers

LandingCrush is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the content of submitted homepages or the accuracy of any voting data.

Important: LandingCrush does not report voting results to Amazon, Google, Apple, or any other platform or distribution channel. Votes are for the user's own information and entertainment only. The final decision about any homepage design is solely the creator's.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taciturn Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of LandingCrush, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taciturn Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of LandingCrush, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of LandingCrush after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
